At Yacht Watch, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This website (https://yacht-watch.es) is an informational platform where clients can learn about our marine refit and technical services. We do not offer user accounts, registration, or public commenting functions. The only interactive feature on our site is our inquiry and contact form.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when you reach out to us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We use this information exclusively to evaluate your project requirements, communicate with you, prepare quotes, and deliver our refit and technical services.
Contact by Phone, Email or WhatsApp
If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we use the information you share only to respond to your request. If you message us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those platforms’ use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Because our website is strictly informational and does not feature user logins or comments, we do not use tracking, advertising or account-based cookies. We may use minimal technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation and performance of the website, which do not require consent under Spain’s Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will inform you and ask for your consent beforehand.

If a contract is concluded, we retain your data for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and commercial law.
